We also used Daia as a postnatal doula she helped us with everything from looking after our older son to light housework and cooking healthy nutritious meals for us to freeze and eat later, this really helped us from feeling overwhelmed like we did with our first baby. This also freed me up to rest and have baths etc. Daia also gave me some exercises to help me with my pelvic floor and to aid my recovery.

I would also highly recommend the “closing the bones” ceremony if you have or have had a traumatic birth.

Thanks to Daia and the Closing the Bones Ceremony my whole body was nurtured and relaxed and my spirit felt lifted and lighter. During our session, I was able to let go of all the negative emotions about my previous births and a wave of warmth and belonging swept over me. I felt love and gratitude filling up my being. It was a deep transformational experience where I felt not only relaxed but also a reconnection with my roots. I felt connected to my female ancestors who support me and lead me in the right way of motherhood. I also felt safe and held. Amazingly, my worries and doubts vanished. Daia is a very talented woman, doula and therapist. I highly recommend her and this ceremony to any woman.

Perfect all round product for every member of my family; from the tiny humans to mama. I always have multiple jars on hand, so I know it’s close by. For dry hands in the winter, pre makeup routine, little bottoms, smooth lips. We use it for everything. Comforting to know it is made naturally and lovingly. My absolute favourite bathroom essential that I wouldn’t be without.

Daia is without a doubt one of the most skilled and intuitive therapists I have come across. She paid full attention to every area that needed attending to and really worked out any tension I was holding on to. I felt extremely relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I left feeling completely energised and like a new person after walking in feeling like an exhausted Mum! Without a doubt I will be returning for another treatment as her massages are the absolute best!
